I'd searched in vain for an e-card script that would allow my visitors to send animated and still cards in various formats with audio. So what a great discovery Sendcard was! Not only can you send gifs, animated gifs, pngs and jpgs but also animated gifs and flash animations. The audio can be attached as mp3, midi and possibly more formats.

Installation is straight forward as long as you stick to the letter to the instructions provided when you download. If you do get into difficulties, as I did (my own fault) when installing the optional image uploader which allows your visitors to add their own pictures to their cards. (this is an add on that you have to pay a couple of quid for) - the program's creator Peter is always on hand to help - just an email away. I found Peter to be very helpful indeed and answered my email within a few hours. All in all I give Sendcard 5 out of 5 - but would go higher if I could.

Peter has created a real gem here - and the basic program is completely FREE - can't say better than that can you! As Frederic Chopin's friends remarked when they heard one of his piano compositions - "Hats off, Gentlemen - a genius!" Same goes for Peter and his amazing Sendcard program!

Anyone who gripes about sendcard is either lazy or spoiled because firstly, it's FREE. Secondly, if you apply some creativity, you get a safe, no pop-up eCard site that looks like this: www.ZEPPAgrams.com

And another thing. There are NO hosting fees, no gimmicks just a nice guy in England who, for a modest fee, will guide you through & install the script if you have difficuties. I did. I admit to being allergic to directions. He was prompt and curteous even when I did airhead things like deleting important files before I understood what they were. Peter also needs technical books, which are listed on Amazon.

We LOVE sendcard, Peter continues to improve it, and the proof is ZEPPAgrams.com!

I really love the script. It's just the right size and heft for a medium-sized site. On one hand there's plenty of sophistication (flash and audio are added effortlessly; the admin tool is very slick) and on the other, the script's not so complicated that you can't tinker to your heart's content. I got it to do *exactly* what I wanted, because the script is organized and streamlined enough to mess with.

I'll install this one without question on any future e-card-using sites.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I like your
Sendcard. I downloaded it and had it installed in less than 5 mins.
Easiest install ever. I am fairly proficient at PHP and MySQl creation
so it posed no problems for me - but might I suggest a little tutorial
on creating the initial database and user (via phpmyadmin maybe) for
those less knowledgable of MySQL.

Thanks again for the great software - rated EXCELLENT HotScripts.

new to sendcard but already loving the features on it! was a breeze to setup the help file was easy to follow as well the link back to the site helped cuz you can test sendcard at the author's site to see if it is going to be what you need as well to see other people who have used it in his link section. as well the reason i decided to go with this one over the others i saw for ecard sending is that the programmer of sendcard is very helpful in the forums to answer any questions you might have about send card-which is a plus and two thumbs up from me ^__^

Just a note to let you know what I think of SendCard and it's simplicity and, to thank you for making it available.

I used to visit popular sites every once in a while to send postcards. Then I got it into my head that since I'm a photo nut I could propably provide my own images for others to send in the form of postcards.

Since I have no programming knowledge I looked around for a script that would do it all for me. SendCard was recommended and I went for it. It was easy to install by following the detailed but simple instructions.

If I could install it ANYONE can.
